Welcome/Fáilte

Welcome to Mind, Body, Soul Adventures and thanks so much for dropping by.

Our adventures weave mindfulness, forest and water therapy, walking, creativity and connection, slowing life down, immersing in nature; nurturing mind, body and soul. We visit some of Scotland’s most stunning, and often, less well known locations to help you soak up these hidden gems in a truly unique and respectful way

We also run local sessions enjoying the gorgeous spaces of our ‘Dear Green City’ of Glasgow and across the Central Belt. In addition, we can organise bespoke guided or self guided tours across Scotland.

Our experiences are designed with sustainability in mind and we support local businesses as we go.

"The level of consideration for guests' needs was skilfully centred around all the blessings that Nature has to offer us. The weekend left me with a deeper sense of connection, to nature, to all other individuals and most importantly to myself. In such a fast paced and demanding world, self-care is more essential than ever, to stay grounded and to experience that unique oneness with everything around us. It was a gift to feel spoiled and pampered and to have a stronger awareness of that aliveness.I highly recommend it and hope that you get the opportunity to explore for yourself. Don’t hesitate to book a weekend with Clare, it will definitely be worth it and so are you."
